what is ghosting:Ghosting is when a dead death or runner relays potentially useful information he will be warned or gaged or muted

example: 3 players are playing helix one died and he knows the code and the player who is dead tells the player that is alive

how will i deal with a unrespectful player:firt of all, i would ask them formally, respectfully and assertively to stop disrespecting others or there will be punishments put into action. If they do stop after I have asked them too, I would ask them to give a polite and meaningful apology to those they attacked. If not, I would warn them, not gag or mute because they didn't continue. Now, if they didn't get the verbal warning, I would gag them if they are disrespecting over voice chat, mute them if they are disrespecting over text chat then warn them for Disrespect. If they still continued, I would do the same, if they did it a third time I would kick them and ask an Admin to ban them for Mass Disrespect/Continued Disrespect.I want to be a staff because i like to play with rules and i hate playing while people arent playing with rules

why i should be chosen
Well, I believe I should be chosen for a Deathrun Moderator because I have been active over the past 2 week or so but i played this server or months, and according to several members of the Lead Team I have adequate gametime and activity. As this isn't enough to show my dedication to Deathrun, I have been extremely helpful to those in need in Deathrun, telling people how to do things and informing people on the rules and current exploits of the maps. For those who may not know

Ghosting is relaying potentially round-changing information whilst you're dead to an alive player. We usually warn and gag/mute them depending if they said it, or they typed it in chat.

You kinda got the idea there, if it was severe disrespect you can warn and gag/mute them though. You also need to mention that if they do it again they will be warned AND gagged/muted.

I'll implement these gametrackers into your application, you'll have to do it yourself if you change your name again.
