What is Ghosting ? and give an example:
Ghosting is when 2 or more people helping themselves like giving information’s to them who can change the game. When I see one or more ghoster they making that conspicuous I would watch and ask them and get some reviews from other stuff.
Example: Player 1 giving the code or the way (who is right because he saw that) to Player 2 and Player 2 wins the Round because this. Or player is dead and they give away information like right portal left portal on minecraft.

How would I deal with a disrespectful player ?
I would ask him what is his problem and say that he should need to fix it when not I will warn/gag/mute him. If some player offend the other I would hear the opinion from both and then i would make a decision. I don’t like to condemn unjustly to a player.

Why I should be chosen ?
I’m active and I have seen moments where players haven’t followed the rules and that’s why I will keep law and order on the server.
I’m on many Servers Admin/Supporter I know how to keep an eye on players to keep the rules right and that’s why I making the Application.
I don’t play so long on the server right now but I’m interesting in the server because I like that here are so many players and good stuff.

Lets start of with that your gametime isn't the best recommended is 2 weeks of activity 1500 + minutes. I haven't played on Deathrun for ages but people are saying your nice, other than that I can't really say much about you since I haven't met you.

But you need to improve the gametime 900 - 1000 minutes isn't really good enough.
