Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (Also known as "RDM" by some) is when someone is kills another player for no reason at all. For Example: A theif runs up to a citizen and kills them for standing there doing absolutely nothing.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
The New Life Rule (also known as "NLR") is exactly as it sounds, when you die in the game your old life is gone. You can stay as the same job you have picked but you may not walk back to the district you died in for 3 mintues. Plus you can not plan revenge on the person you were killed by because as said before, you're reborn. A scenario on this rule being broken is a cop dying from a building he was raiding for drugs and walking back to that same exact area and shooting the person he has just killed.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is talking in the Out Of Character (also know as "OOC") for roleplaying reasons. A example of this would be a cop telling another cop in chat typing "// There are two people raiding pd, lets go after them."




Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. First I would ask both of them their storys one at a time to see the difference's in them. Then i would check the logs and since it shows that player y did kill player x, I would then ask for a video of screenshot of the situation to get a better image of what happened. If then player x's evidence does prove he/she was randomly killed. I would then warn player y for "RDM" and if that person if confused on why it was "RDm", I would then show them how to get to the rules and/or show them how it was "RDM". Then i would tell them to have a great day and teleport them back to their orginal postitions.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. Since "NLR" is a three minute timed rule and also has a timer. People that break "NLR" should know that they are breaking it. Seeing that the logs dont show me the times of deaths, I then ask for evidence from player x of this situtation. If this evidence (video would be best) shows "NLR" being broken I then warn player y from breaking "NLR" If no proof is given then player y is set free and then i saw have a nice day to both and teleport back to orginal postitions.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Easy situation, if player x puts in the Out Of Character chat that someone is raiding the bank. I go and confront him (bring to a rooftop) and ask him/her if they know what MetaGaming is. If the do not know i then procede to tell them what it is and then ask them to read the rules (/rules) and give a verbal warning to them since most times when someone does not know what Meta gaming is they are new to DarkRp. If the person does know what Metagaming is then a warning will be given to them since it is breaking the rules. I tell the person to have a nice day and teleport them back to where they were before the sit.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be chosen to become a mod for Zarp Gaming's DarkRP server because helping newcomers to this server and to enforce the rules. Now yes i have not played a ton on either server and will expect comments on that. I do love this server and the people that have made this sever how it is today. My only goal is to be one of those people on every single day that make this server amazing and do just as well as a job as they do and make this server even better then it is.This server in this short amount of time has been a blast and i would be lying if i said i didn't want to make a application the first day I joined. Me becoming a Moderator would be a great starting for me hopefully becoming a Admin on these two servers.

Jbird only has 2 warns that I know of, but they were when he was fresh and hadn't yet wrapped his head around the rules. He is very polite, and understanding of situations, patient and very helpful. RPs well with others and is overall a great person.
