When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
It would be appropriate to use a ban on a player if they are massively rule breaking.
For Example they are always disrespecting staff and other players, stealing peoples traps, trap spamming,
mic spamming,Despite the warnings the warnings they are given. If the player was mass rule breaking, i would give them a ban for 2 or 3 days depending on how bad the situation was.If a player was hacking or threatening to DDos the server, I would permanently ban them. Other situations i could use the ban for is:
Death Threats.
If a player threatens to kill staff or other players i would permanently ban them.
Punishment Avoid. If a player leaves before they are punished for breaking rules such as trap spam will be banned for a week.
Mass disrespect/Racism. If the person was mass disrespecting/racism would ban them for 3 or 4 days.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
When i was playing on deathrun, there was a other player who was mass disrespecting me and other players and i muted him and warned him but the next map he was doing the same thing again, so i warned him again and he had 3 warnings and got kicked. Then he joined back and then started it again and he started spamming the chat. If i was admin i could of banned him for 2 or 3 days for mass disrespect and chat spam.

Why I should be promoted?
I should be promoted to admin because i am trusted with the powers. I would love to help out on the server even more by having access to more commands to help keep the server free from rule breakers and make everyone's time on the server as enjoyable as possible. I would try and make more people join and have the funnest time on Deathrun.

The application is really decent, you have 2 ups and 2 downs as I've seen. The ups are 'when will it be appropriate to use the ban command' and 'Explain a situation you had to work with as moderator, how would your promotion help you'.
we are on track right now, but the downs are Low activity, and The small why should i be chosen part, don't worry about the why should i be chosen part, worry about the activity. I've seen you handle a lot of situations in-game, which mainly is what we are looking for in a staff member. giving you a +Support i think you should be given a chance to prove yourself.
