Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
If someone comes online and starts RDM'ing people and then leaves without punishment. That is when i would use the ban command

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player X, ive looked trough your ban appeal and ive reduced your ban to 1 week. This will give you the time to read the rules again and learn from the mistakes. If i ever catch you cheating again then it will take a long time until you get unbanned. So here by your ban is reduced to 1 week, Approved

Other than the application, you are a great guy, and you've been admin before you are trusted with powers don't see any problem why you shouldn't get it back. its just the broken Gametracker, i had the same problem with my Gametracker before, but other than that +Support
