Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
The most common rulebreakers you meet are micspammers so i've learnt to dealt with them with ease. You also (for some reason) meet alot of not so sober people which usually are harder to deal with but i think i've done well.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
As i said above people that are not sober are always a problem as they dont listen to what you're saying.
The other day there was a guy talking on his mic with his lad, it was all f ine until he started to talk about other people on the server. The disrespect escelated quickly and when i told them to tone it down they started to disrespect me, i gagged both of them after a couple of verbals and at the next map they were calm.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Mutes a player, making them not able to talk thorugh their mic. This will automatically get removed when the server changes map
Same thing as gag except this is for chat.Kicks a player, pretty straight forward.
Use this when you feel its appropriate, for example as a last warning before you get an admin on to ban him/her.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I see i have banned you for cheating which is one of the most serious rulebreaks you can do. Since this is your first ban and you seem sorry i've decided to accept this appeal. Next time you wont be this lucky!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
Well lately i've become more active on bhop, i come on alot throughout the day and play for decent times. I feel i've shown my ability to moderate and would love to keep on doing it as an admin. The new commands you get with the promotion will help me throughout my administration and i will do my best to make the server feel cleaner. I would love a promotion and i feel it will contribute to the community.
