Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is when you kill someone without an valid RP Reason
Correct:
Some people are raiding your base and you go out and kill them, because they are raiding your base.
Incorrect:
Peter is going to raid a base and is making drugs outside, a random guy walks past and goes nearby your drugs, you assume he is going to steal so you kill him.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is when you die in a district and you go back, or you say what happened in your previous life that you aren't supposed to know anymore in-game (Mic)
Incorrect:
Kermit dies and goes back to the district he died in and gets his car back, or shoots the person that killed him
Correct:
Kermit died in the rich district, he does not return to the district and doesn't talk about what happened there before in-game (mic or chat) and doesn't interact with anything in the district.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Meta-Gaming is saying something in ooc which can affect the game or is in RP.
Incorrect:
(OOC) Peter Griffin: Help the bank is being raided!
Correct:
[Advert] [E] JDelux: Help Police! The bank is being robbed!
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First off i will teleport to player X And say:
[E] JDelux: Hey buddy, im here for your F1, how may i help you?
Then i will go further and teleport him to a roof, let him tell his story and then teleport player Y
Then i will say to player Y:
[E] JDelux: Why did you kill player X? He said you RDM'ed him.
If he says an valid RP-Reason i would ask player X if he has proof.
If he says he had a valid reason and he changes his story i will try make him admit, if he admits he will be Warned for RDM or verbally warned if he didn't got warned for it the last 3 days same if player X has proof.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First off i will teleport to player X And say:
[E] JDelux: Hey buddy, im here for your F1, how may i help you?
Then once again i will teleport him to a roof and check the logs and let him tell his story.
Then i will teleport player Y, I will let him say his story and listen clearly if he doesn't say the same district i will ask player X if he has evidence, if the evidence confirmed he broke nlr he will be warned for NLR If he doesn't know how the NLR works on this server i will explain to him what NLR is, and if he lies about it he will be warned.
If player Y changes stories, or admits it i will with changing story's try make him admit and warn him for NLR if he admits, if he doesnt i will ask for proof.
If he admits he broke NLR i will say.
Don't do it next time, make sure you read the rules, next time you will be warned.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
First of all i will PM Or say in OOC.
Hey bud, please don't meta-game! Type /rules in chat if you don't know what meta-game is, or ask an staff member
If he repeatingly does this i will Teleport him to a roof with me and say the same as i said before and warn him for it.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
Why i should be chosen is because im an very active zarp player, im active on the forums and ingame.
I also know the rules now and trying to improve more and more. I report rulebreakers and now mostly provide evidence on my story. I have been here for nearly 6 months, i know i used to make mistakes and i have improved on them, I have worked myself towards 0 recent warnings, I'm very dedicated and try to stay calm in sits. I ask staff if i'm not sure about things, and i try to be friendly towards everyone.
I think i could decrease the amount of rulebreaks since im on almost every day trying to help people and explain stuff to them.
And i will also give everyone a fair chance on an mistake, and try to help them to improve it, i'm not one of those guys and doesn't try to help or just instantly punish them for something. I also have experience of being an staff member (Ex-SA on an server) and i think i could also make it here and keep up activity and do the amounts of F1's that are asked you to atleast be done. Or you must have posted an thread why you can't make the right amount, or you will be inactive (Section Staff Discussion)
I will also be active and same as normally follow the rules and make the game equal that's why we have the rules.
I will always let both parties speak in an F1 and let them both explain theyr stories and stay calm during a situation. If i cant stay calm or need help i will ask in admin chat for an Admin to help me.

So I'm going to start this off by saying you asked for your last application to be deleted to hide the negative replies and your childish reactions and now you've gone on to change your name and create a new application.

You were offered help and advice in your last topic and chose to lash out at the people trying to help you.

In my opinion you applied an hour ago and got it deleted to hide the comments so you should have to wait a week to apply again.

During my time as a Admin again, You've stick your nose and basicly tried to tell me how to do my job, Well infact I know what I'm doing so I really don't need your advice on when I need to warn him, I've did a couple of f1's with you and you were sometimes shouting at the other party for reporting you, If you were a moderator then we can't let staff shout at players for reported them can we?, The players are there to play on the server and to have fun while the staff are there to also have fun and to help other people out. We really don't need you telling us like you know every single situation ever happened in zarp like come on lad, You need to improve your attitude alot as you almost had my vote last meeting but now I'm glad I voted Nope, And I'll be voting nope this week due to your attitude on your other thread when Sarah was helping you out and you basicly just said " I can't be arsed to do it", Then why would you apply for staff when you can't be bothered to deal with f1's?. You need to improve your attitude a lot before you get my vote and here's my tip for you lad, Don't tell staff how to do there job, If they're doing it wrong then report them. That's why we have people whom are higher rank than us. I say, if you improve your attitude and stop shouting in f1's you might have my vote but yeah, You've not got my vote in this meeting.

You need to gain trust of the SSRP staff team, I believe. Your app also look rushed. And considered what other people said above,

Alright. First of all I don't feel like you know the rules. There have been several occasions were you have told someone not to do something because it's against the rule although it's not. I have definitely seen a change in attitude and for that great. Still need to work on your marurity a little more and learn the rules properly. Until then I'm afraid I do not support this application

Personally, no you fail to play cohesively constantly. You are supposed to adhere to the rules, not question them. I have had situations with you saying to a mod "I want an admins opinion" and when the admin agrees "I want a super admin" and so on. You need to work on your maturity, something previously stated by my colleges. In my personal opinion you do not have the correct attitude to become a staff member at this moment in time, thus the reason I will be giving you a minus support for your application, I wish you the best of luck.

I (like some others ) also believe that your attitude is not up to par and I have not seen any change. Also could you think about the feed back that people give you and improve on this and make your self a better you.
