Why?
During my time as a Admin again, You've stick your nose and basicly tried to tell me how to do my job, Well infact I know what I'm doing so I really don't need your advice on when I need to warn him, I've did a couple of f1's with you and you were sometimes shouting at the other party for reporting you, If you were a moderator then we can't let staff shout at players for reported them can we?, The players are there to play on the server and to have fun while the staff are there to also have fun and to help other people out. We really don't need you telling us like you know every single situation ever happened in zarp like come on lad, You need to improve your attitude alot as you almost had my vote last meeting but now I'm glad I voted Nope, And I'll be voting nope this week due to your attitude on your other thread when Sarah was helping you out and you basicly just said " I can't be arsed to do it", Then why would you apply for staff when you can't be bothered to deal with f1's?. You need to improve your attitude a lot before you get my vote and here's my tip for you lad, Don't tell staff how to do there job, If they're doing it wrong then report them. That's why we have people whom are higher rank than us. I say, if you improve your attitude and stop shouting in f1's you might have my vote but yeah, You've not got my vote in this meeting.
