When it will be appropriate to use the ban command ?

[1] I would use this command if the player trolling, death avoid, mic spamming and if he make massive rulebreak at the same time.
[2] I would use the command if a player is hacking like ddos, script, lua, speed hacks, network hacks and any not leagal form from hacking.
[3] I would use this command if a player is disrespectfull, massive advertisement, offend other players, talking shit and using the N word (if he make this many times like 3-4 times).

Times how long the ban are going /my mind
[1] 1 day-7 day's
[2] unlimited time
[3] 1-2 week's

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this ?

Player1 is making massive rulebreak and offend other players.(he had allready many active warnnings)
I warned//slayed him many times and i sayed that many times that he shouldn't make this things and calm down but he ignored me and keep it continue. After some time (1-2min) there joined an admin and banned him for massive rulebreak. (i don't know which admin has banned Player1).
My promotion can help me to fix this "problems players" faster and that they listen more to me.

Why I should be promoted ?

I think im nice to all player even if they violate against rules and im relaxed that they can bring me to range up.
Im a trusted and loyal person and i like the community.
I hope that i can help other players more and keep the rules right.
I hope i can help others mods with problems and that i can advise them in some situations they dont know what is to do.
I know im not the best staff but i hope you liked my application and thanks on all players, mods and admins who keeps the community going.

From my experience with Gilde, he has proved that he is a very mature and honorable staff member. He helped me out a lot and I don't see him abusing his powers as an admin.
Your app is fine, I'd suggest what Jim Jam said and just continue to improve your activity. You're on a good road!
Also try and handle more situations before friday comes.
