Since my previous resignation. i have put about 45-50 hours back into the servers over the past week or 2

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Well.... this is a odd one. I am not currently a moderator.. more former administrator. I asked EMP and he said that I could re-apply for admin directly.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

Again as said above, not a mod. Though I have been going around the server, helping the staff and other players as I can. I did help Jochs (in game Josh Wesker) with a few slam spammers and rule breakers one night by taking screen shots of the players doing the wrongful actions and giving him the images so he could take care of them. This was while he was the only admin on at the time.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Congrats on getting mod! Let me give you a basic run down of your job.

Basic Commands

Warn: To warn someone that has broken a rule. You use the chat command /warn <Steam ID> <Reason>. 3 warnings with result in a kick, and if they come back and receive a forth warn, they will get banned for one hour.

Unwarn: To revert a warning that you have given. The chat command for this is: /unwarn <SteamID>

Teleport: Teleporting is used for when you need to either go to a player or bring player to you. The chat command for this is: /tp <Steam Id> /goto <Steam Id> /bring <Steam Id> <Steam Id>

Freeze: This is used for when people are running away from you while your in a F1 sit or are RDMing, ect. The command in chat is this: /freeze <Steam Id> and /unfreeze <Steam Id>

Slay: This is used more as punishment. This is NOT a toy. You should this for situations like if a citizen is using a big gun and will not drop it. In chat just type this: /slay <RP Name>

Kick: This command is used to kick someone from the server. A good example would be if a player is prop blocking and he will not delete it and there is no admins on. The chat command for this one is: /kick <Steam Id> <Reason>

The F1 menu is used for various things

The first section on the F1 menu is used to handle reports/problems that players on the server might have.

The second section on the F1 menu shows warns that have been given, the reason, and who gave them.

The third section is the Logs.
What this tab records all the deaths, kills, arrest, demotes, disconnects, changing jobs and the Time and Date of when it happens on the server. This very useful when you are doing F1's

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Well, if they followed the template in the Appeals section, (www.zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/appea...-ban-appeal-template). If they have done so, I will then talk to the staff member that banned them, and get his side of the story. Depending on the severity of the offense of the player in accordance to the staff members story, will determine whether I may at most lessen the ban to a few days, since it is that players first offense.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I don't have a lot to say here. I honestly have missed the old days of being on and being able to help out around the servers. As well as keep them as rule breaker free as possible. I have become more aware of the newer rules and they seem straight forward just as before. I will say thought that my job doesn't allow me to be able to attend the Saturday meetings, my apologies. I will do my best to stay up to date with applications and forums posts to the best of my ability.

The only reason I can think of that this could have occured, is I was in a F1 with Luan, but it was finished before I even left the server. He had given me a verbal for it anyway. So I left.

I was even in teamspeak with luan at the time of this F1.

I spoke with Luan as well, and it was definitely a misunderstanding. In game chat he said that I was going to receive a verbal warning. And I waited for him to return the other player in the F1 to their last position, and then after about a minute or two of standing there awkwardly next to Luan hearing nothing from him in team speak Or game chat, I made my own assumption that the F1 sit was finished. So I left, I apologize for the misunderstanding. If this affects my app in such a way that I won't be accepted, then I will either gladly take Moderator, or work to better myself to please everyone, because that is all I want to do, keep people happy, and make sure they are having fun. Once again apologies for the misunderstanding.
