How will i treat a disrespectful player:If they were being disrespectful through the mic i would ask them to stop and if they keep i would gag them and warn them. If they start being disrespectful in chat I would mute them and give them a warning for disrespect. Although if they didn't avoid their punishment i would unmute/ungag them after the map has the server alot.
What is Ghosting? and give an example:(Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting):in deathrun ghosting is when a player who is dead giveing an advantage to change the outcome of the game. .example: when someone dead and knows the answers and he say the code or and answers so its called ghosting.
how would i handle ghoster: i would handle the ghoster that i will tell him the ghosting is against the rules and give him warning.
why i sould be chosen: i should to be choosen beacouse im helpful person and friendly.i wanna stop the rule breakers ingame,help other people that are need help, helping the server with problems in the map(if there is ill report it) im active alot in deathrun so if there is no admins/moderators online and people are rule breaking ill handle with that.

So, you're banned on SSRP for death threats. That's already a huge downside about you.
Like Biwx said, color your app and make it look more appealing. I also think you should separate your gametracker links from the " : " symbol so that it stays as a hyperlink.
Activity is ok and you may improve it even further.
I don't know what you're like in game but until then I'm going to have to this, since I have no reason to support you.

You are not fit for the staff position in my eyes, and you would not be trusted with staff powers. Just as you were starting to improve you drop right down again.

How To Improve

- Increase your game time
- Prove that you can be trusted ( This is going to be extremely difficult to do now )
- Make your app look a little nicer

so you are banned for death threats on ssrp, i don't think you are ready for staff then.... that looks like you are very immature. your application looks like a bit rushed for me. And you don't have much activity.
