RDM Is a shortened term for "Random Death Match." RDM is the event taking place of someone killing someone or attacking someone for no roleplay reason given.
EXAMPLE:
Player Z spawns in, Player X pulls out a gun and shoots Player Z with no roleplay reason given.
EXAMPLE 2:
Player Z is raiding a base. He sees Player X Walk past the house hes raiding. Player Z Kills Player X For walking past.

Explain \New Life Rule\ and give an example scenario.
NLR Is a shortened term for New Life Rule. This rule is taken place whenever you die and you cannot go back to the district you died in.
EXAMPLE:
Player Z Has died in the living district. He then walks back to where he died.
EXAMPLE 2:
Player Z Died in his base. He then walks back to his base and kills the raider.

Explain \Metagaming\ and give an example scenario.
Meta gaming is if someone was to talk about a roleplay situation or place in ooc, This will result on giving people a unfair advantage or some usefull information.
EXAMPLE:
Player Z's Bank is being raided. He puts in ooc "Can someone help me someone is raiding my base at the car dealer!"
EXAMPLE 2
Player Z Is raiding a base. He puts in ooc "Hey someone come and destroy Player X's Base at the living district!"


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First i would goto the player to see what they are doing and whether i can tp them to the sit. Then i would ask for proof. If there was proof giving i would make sure it shows what happens and see if it's valid. If it is not valid i would say i cant do much as there isn't valid proof. If there isn't any proof at all i would end the F1 and say there is no proof for me to give player y consequences.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. First of all i would goto Player Y to make sure he isn't raiding or anything like that. Then i would bring him to the f1 if he is free at the time. Otherwise i would wait until he is free to do so. Then i would ask if anyone had proof of the incident and if there is i would check the proof to make sure its valid. If its not valid i would say there isn't much i can do without proof.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
First i would either pm or goto the person and say "Hey please use /advert instead of ooc while taking about roleplay scenarios thank you." And give him a verbal.


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
Well i'm a nice person and nice to the community at all times no matter what. I will not ever take side with people that are my friends or people in the same gang as me. This making all F1's as fair on both sides as possible. I am also know alot of people in the community and they can say i'm friendly and nice. I can help the community by making it a fun,safe and great community with friendly people all around. I would be active daily and do as many F1's i can do while i am online.
I know the rules and read them daily to see if there has been any changes to the rules so i can make sure i don't break a rule. I know many staff members like Jordan and Hellforce and are good friends with them!
I hope you do the right thing and choose me to become staff for ZARP.

You have a recent punishment. Afraid you do not have my support. You are a nice guy just got to follow the rules.

Mytic, I'm sorry but your behavior and attitude on the server is really making it hard for me to support this application. I've noticed that when it comes to something that you've blatantly did wrong and have no way of fighting it, you act very nonchalant towards it and show zero remorse for what you did. I'm not asking you to say sorry every time you do something wrong, but this cocky attitude that you often show sometimes needs to stop, otherwise it won't look good for these applications you make.
