What is Ghosting? and give an example.
(Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
[/i]Ghosting is an act where a dead player tells information to their team that could change the outcome of the current round. For example Noah dies while being a runner, he really wants hes team to win so he decides to ghost. Noah tells the whole runners team that Michael (Death) has selected the second portal. This would be an act of ghosting and Noah will be punished for his actions.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
Since disrespect is fine as long as it is a joke and does not offend anyone i first have to find out if it was a joke, if not I would ofcourse verbaly warn them as following "[Moderator] Codeah : Noah, please do not disrespect anyone!". If the behaviour continues i would punish them.

You should choose me because i am an active Zarp member, trusted and a person with a great and funny attitude. I have recently been playing a lot of Deathrun, i have learned a lot of new stuff and met a lot of awesome players. I enjoy this gamemode and am ready to become a deathrun moderator. What makes me stand out is that i am a trusted Zarp member, you might have seen me in Zarp SSRP since i am an administrator on there. I put hard work into becoming a Zarp staff member and i am ready to catch more rulebreakers. The good traits about me are that i am an ambitious person, strong and a fighter. I will not stop untill i reach my satisfaction level. (and i am good looking)
