This application lacks allot of work. If you don't understand a question you ask someone, you don't leave it with '?'.

Very bad app and you've been abusing/rulebreaking yesterday.

I really dont like your attitude, you complained about me arresting u yesterday because u robbed a Cook.

Have seen you like 1 or 2 times on ZARP DarkRP - more work on the app.

Not to be a douchebag but you were honestly too lazy with this application. The FIRST paragraph that asks for a example situation you pretty much leave it out. Also you didn't document you english polish and norwegan skills (not that important but still a factor in my vote). Please if you intend on doing this next week, you should work on your play on the servers, make yourself noticed and put at least an hour into your application (if this took an hour i'm sorry - then use 5 hours on it).
Sorry if that sounded rough, and as you might know i hate the looks of the red and enhanced text.
