You guys are all focusing on his English, focus on something else, he typed everything out and i could clearly read it. tell me what you would give him if he didn't type what he said about his English in the end. then i will make my decision if you will be a mod or not. It's not about his grammar persÃ©e.

It is about the capability of reflecting on yourself as a person, so that he in the future can find his own mistakes and improve those.

From his application no signs of great self-confidence shown and I have no trust he will be able to be strict and firm with players where needed. Besides: the standards in moderating have been considerably raised to a higher level. How cruel it may sound, if someone doesn't speak English very well it's going to be a tough cookie for us to 'train' him.

Apart from that his answers didn't show much of himself either.

In fact, none of them were reasonably answered.

What do you expect from your mentor/training (atleast 150 words)?
I didnt got tested yet.. but I think someone would ask me what i would do if someone did Propkill/RDM/NLR to see if i would do the right thing ... or anything like that!
