What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is giving information to a runner or death player that can change the outcome of a round. For example, bob123 dies and tell jim321 (who is alive) which of the two portals to go through to stay alive. If a player does ghost for the first time I would give him a verbal warning and if he does it again later in the round or in the following rounds, I would warn him for ghosting. If the player continued to ghost over several rounds I would gag/ mute them.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would give the player a verbal warning and tell him to stop. If he carries on I will warn and gag/mute him for disrespect. I would then ungag/unmute him after the round so the player has had time to think about why they got the warning.

Why I should be chosen?
I should be chosen for moderator on Deathrun because I can be trusted with the powers of a moderater.I have a good idea of the rules and how to deal with rule breakers on the server to make other players' experiences on Deathrun better. Also i will help others if they need help if they are new to the server. I would try and help any others if they were getting picked on by people who are a higher level than them.I think i would be good if i was chosen because i am a friendly person towards all people and staff.I would tell the staff if i figure out that someone has found a new glitch/exploit and make a bind about it and will also help the server improve and encourge more people to join.

Just a heads up, your server 1 game-tracker link doesn't work. Fix it plez

Your activity is great but i think you can expend the question why i should be chosen, you are only saying that you are trusted with powers but that doesn't say why you should be chosen.

If someone is ghosting give him the punishment immediately.

You have loads of activity this week, but you should try and play on server 1, like Jim_Jam said. You should also change the things i've stated and maybe add some bold to the text. I've just met you today, so I can't really tell how you act in-game but i'm sure you'll do a good job.
