How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would take the person to a spacer and I would tell them to explain what is happening to them and who is doing it. During this i would reassure that the person feels comfortable speaking to me and i would listen to them and make sure they know its okay to tell me everything that happened. So they know i am a trusted person and i am here to help them in anyway. After hearing what happened from the person I would Then talk in private to the accused "Bully" and from then on regarding of how serious the situation is I would issue a punishment for the Suspect. I think bullying is in no way or form acceptable in the Zarp Gaming community, But i would apply leniency on a user who hadn't know he is offending the victim as that may happen alot, I would still enforce to the offender that they should be more carefull in the future.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
Moving users from/to rooms - This is usefull especially in meetings when people are AFK and need to be moved from a room to the AFK room (Also useful with dealing with rulebreakers)

Join Rooms and spacers that have passwords on them - This is useful if you need to speak urgently to over staff members who are in locked rooms (Ofcourse get a staffs permission first)

Ban/Kick users - This is important because it helps keep the server clean of rulebreakers to insure the best experiance for users at zarp, The main method of enforcing rules is banning/kicking

Create and edit Channels - This is useful but its less commonly used. It is mainly used when the staff have chosen to create a room for a specific game, or fix a room if their is a problem with it

Unban - This command helps because it can insure users who have been unrighteously banned or their ban has been appealed get to come on the server once again.

Granting Talk Power/Muting users- This helps in many ways such as if Zarp hosts a public contest/meeting (Eg Community Manager vote annoucement) Because it allows just the People who are meant to talk actually talk so the Announcement isn't interrupted. Muting someone can also be used if someone is Mic-Spamming or they wont let people play music in the music room

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I think i should be chosen for many reasons, Firstly I have experience as I am a resigned TS Staff who had dealt with rulebreakers alot during my stay, I am also a DarkRP Admin and been given TS staff will help me alot to resolve conflicts and problems which link to DarkRP. The main reason I am applying Is because I was to help, Once I resigned from DarkRP I had my TS staff taken away from me which made me upset as i really Missed helping people out with my TS Power, I never abused them in any way or form, But after losing my rank I felt regret as I didn't know It would be taken away from me. I am pretty active on TS and I've been using it for the past 2 years at Zarp. Excluding this week (As stated in my post) My internet has been playing up so most of this week I was not on, But I believe this doesn't stop me as I did my job right and hopefully I will continue to like I did in the past!

I never see you on the teamspeak server (It may just be me), so you'll need to improve your activity a lot. However you're a friendly guy, and i'm sure you could do a great job as a teamspeak staff. You could also explain removing peoples description and adding/removing server groups on your application.
