How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
First and foremost i would PM. the proposed victim, to make sure that he considers what is going on to be bullying or hurtful. I would then either poke the bully or move him into another channel, depending on the situation, i would warn him that his language isn't tolerated, assuming that he has no previous history with this behavior.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.

Move - Moves a user from one channel to another, this can be used if you need to talk to a someone privately.

Kick client from channel/server - Used to either move a user to the afk lobby, or disconnect them from the server, these options can be used as a warning for a user that is going too far.

Ban client - Used to suspend a user from the server for a choosen amount of time, this can be used in extreme cases, or if someone has been warned multiple times, yet refuses to improve.

Set server group - This is used to give badges for server ranks, you should ofcourse make sure that the person is entitled to the rank before you give it to them.

View client info - Used to view a players client information, this can be used if someone is trying to impersonate another user.

Delete users avatar - Can be used to remove inappropriate avatars.

Edit channel - Locks a channel with a password, useful if a group wants to talk undisturbed for whatever reason.

Why i should be chosen
I consider myself a calm person, with a decent sense of what is right and wrong, i have previously been staff on the Teamspeak server without any complaints, usually solving problems without having to punish anyone. The rank would be extra useful to me as i am currently staff on ssrp and so i use the teamspeak to talk to users for various reasons. I also attend as many meetings as possible, where teamspeak staff can often be needed.

I've spoke with you multiple times, but that was like 3 months ago. I haven't seen you since, so I think you should improve your activity before the meeting.

You're a helpful staff member, but on teamspeak I don't see you that much. Try improving your activity over the following months until applications open up again and i'm sure you'll have the rank in no time.

i dont even know you and i am on ts alot when i get home from school and work

Thank you for the feedback, personally i would consider teamspeak a subrank and so i wasnt aware that it would require that much activity.

I do manage a few hours/week, but i will try to improve this before the meeting.

I Rarely see you on ts3 improve on that you are a nice guy and a good admin i'll stay for now.
