What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is giving information to a runner or death player that can change the outcome of a round. For example, player A dies and tell player B (who is alive) which of the two portals to go through to stay alive. If a player does ghost for the first time I would give him a verbal warning and if he does it again later in the round or in the following rounds, I would warn him for ghosting. If the player continued to ghost over several rounds I would gag/ mute them.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would give the player a verbal warning and tell him to stop. If he carries on I will warn and gag/mute him for disrespect. I would then ungag/unmute him after the round so the player has had time to think about why they got the warning.
Why I should be chosen?
I should be chosen for moderator on Deathrun because I can be trusted with powers as I am admin on the TTT server. As TTT is dying I will be able to balance my activity across the two servers meaning I can help both of them out each day. I have a good idea of the rules and how to deal with rule breakers on the server to make other players' experiences on Deathrun better.

Your application is very limited, I think you should put more effort into it. However you're admin on TTT, which shows that you're a trustworthy member in the community. You also have a decent amount of activity, just get 6 more hours before the meeting and i'm sure you'll get accepted.

How To Improve

- Extend your Ghosting answer and explain how you would deal with a player who is ghosting
- Extend your Why Should You Be Chosen section, it's a little short
