How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would find out who the person being bullied is and move then to a private Spacer channel. I would then discuss with him what happened. I would then remove the player from the channel and add the bully. I would then ask him to give his side of the story. The severity of the situation affects the outcome as if it wasn't that severe, I would give them a warning and tell them not to do it again but if it was severe and I have enough valid proof, I would go on to ban the bully. The time they will be banned will also be based on the severity of the situation.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
Some of the administrative features are:
Move: I would use the move command to move users between Teamspeak channels. For example, if a user is AFK in a channel, I would move them to the Lobby/AFK room.
Kick: I would use the kick command to either kick users from the channel or the server. I would kick them from the server if, for example they are mic spamming or being rude to other players. If I kick someone from the channel they will go to the lobby/AFK room.
Ban: I will use this command to ban users that are constantly breaking the rules over and over after several bans.
Mute: I would use this to mute people that are micspamming or being rude/abusive to other players.
Set Server Group: Sets a client's group for the whole channel, E.G allowing staff members to join the staff room.

I think I should be chosen because I am a responsible member of the zarp community as I have proven by recently becoming admin on TTT. I also think that I should be chosen because I have recently been going on TS3 a lot and I would love to help out to make other players experiences better while using Teamspeak.
