How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
Let's say: John bullies Paul on TS becouse he has a high voice.(I was in the room and heard everything)

I would take Paul to a spacer and going to speak with him what I am gonna do with John, will be fine and No need to worry about. (If I wasn't in the room I would ask for proof)
I moved Paul out of the spacer and move John in. First I would ask him why did he said these mean things to the victim and ask him to stop harrasing Paul. After that I would give a verbal warn to John and if he does it again he will be kicked out from the server. We talked about bullying and I move Paul inside the channel and explain that I tlaked it out with John and ask the bullier to say Sorry. I will let them out of the spacer.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Teamspeak has a lot of administrative features, There is some of them:

Grant talk power:
It enables a player to speak when he is in a lobby that has a bigger amount of tlak power that he has.

Moving:
It moves a player to the targeted room or the rooms that we are using.

Setting server group:
This feature lets us to set the STAFF's group in case of promotion or demotion. New users who comes there and needs help they will know who is the guy to ask from.

Locking channel:
A user might ask you to lock a channel if they don't want to go in a spacer and don't want to get disturbed (Playing Ranked Games mostly). In a locked channel users can't get out but TS Staffs can go in/out.

Punishments;

Delete avatar/description:
If someone is using any pics or description that against the rules we can remove that (innepropirate pics, rude description, etc.)

Mute:
We usually use that if a player constantly spamming his microphone or harrasing and other guy or Discriminate others.

Kick:
From channel: If a player deserves a kick (from meeting or any room) and we don't want him to get out form the server we usually use that and he will be kciked to the Lobby/AFK room.
From Server: It kicks out the player from the wholeserver but he can join back.

Ban:
It kicks the player for a period of time(it can be 1sec to perm). We can ban for Alts, racism constant Micspam, Trolling.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I am the part of this Community for 6-7 months.
I use TS everytime when I go on ZARP servers (daily). From my experiance I am in a lot of rooms with a lot of different people and some of them getting bullied, trolled, discriminated.
We need more Staff at meetings to help. In the mornings there are a lot of Micspammers that deseves to be banned or get punished by muting them. There are some room issues that need to be fixed.
Moving is very important in our lifes to go to spacers with someone who needs to be spoken to or demote/promote players.
