How often do you come on the forums: I come on the forums Every day There is school but I still come on at break times and after school basically every chance i get i try to come on the forums and see where my input may be of use. Particularly I am active on the appeals section as i am a Semi-Serious RP Admin so I have the ability to handle ban appeals.

Why You?:


Active - I am very active on the forums and specifically in the appeals section. I try to help as much as possible and most if not all of my posts are constructive and helpful. I come on Every Day a much as possible and I always have a tab open on my computer or my phone.

Experienced - I am a very experienced staff member as i have been in the community for 9 months and I kept my position on the Semi-Serious RP Staff team as a administrator for 6 and a half months and a Team speak Staff member for 4 Months so I am experienced with my ranks in 2 staff teams.

Dedicated - I am extremely dedicated to the Zarp community and its servers as I spend hours of time administrating , keeping the servers free of rule breakers and helping new users or just old users that need some help or advice.

Helpful- I am extremely helpful on the forums if some one needs help I am the willing to help them . As post history shows I am helpful and i frequently post on threads if some one needs help or if there is a improvement that could be made to a application or appeal.

Reliable- I am extremely reliable if there is a task set to be done I will stop what I am doing to complete that task in a swift and professional manor. My reliability also stretches to something as simple as just doing my job and you can rely on me to do just that.

I see Luan on quite a lot, he's especially active in this section. Luan tied with a European or American time-zoned section moderator for Appeals would prove an active and balanced team for the section. Luan has a lot of experience being a staff member in ZARP due to his dedication to the SSRP and teamspeak servers.

So, if we take a look at your application:



Subtract the words from the template thats 230 words.

Allocating about 10 minutes for thinking and drafting, and then an average typing speed of about 35 wpm,

This application took you about 16 minutes to make.

Not good lad.

I have a few things to say here, so let me just start off by mentioning the little things.

This App doesn't look Structured at all. Overall it's one of these Apps the older staff-members are used to seeing every time the templates are opened, because somehow people think it matters that they're the first applicant, which is not true at all, and i just expected you to know that.

As Exrobite said, 253 words is the word count of your ENTIRE application while Jordon Johnston's why me part is 337 words long.


Now i know people will say something like "quantity over quality" but even there you seem to fail miserably, and even many Mod Apps look more professional than your App. An example is you using the word "I am" 7 times in your why me section. And you start every single sentence with the word "I". There's also many mistakes in that part but i can't be asked to name them.

Now this would be the part where i would tell you how great of a staff-member you are on the other servers you administrate, but the fact is that you don't even seem to be doing that correctly.

An example of what i mean:
So me and my mates were playing in the cs go channel, a few players join the channel including Luan, no problem. Spoderman (I think) asks Luan a couple of times to get the cs go channel locked or to get us into a spacer. Instead Luan starts trolling us, let's people in our channel and doesn't even tell them to leave.

Now i honestly don't know if he has to get us into a spacer, but instead of trolling us a good staff-member would have helped us and would have understood the situation we were in. Now i am not saying that Luan is a bad guy, I am saying Luan is a bad staff-member that isn't even able to click two buttons for a community he so desperately wants to "help". And the app definitely confirms his "dedication" to the community. Now, the above thing is not the only thing that happened, i have heard from reliable sources (Admins/Mods) that he does that kind of stuff like trolling ect.

Just wanted to add that this criticism is 380 words long and i am not applying for a staff-position, sad isn't it? A review has got more words than your entire App.

Great guy, nice application and could be a great staff member on the forums.

I see you on in this section quite a bit, but I don't believe you have what it takes tp become a Forum Staff member as I still believe that you don't handle your powers well enough on TS and SSRP in the small occasion.
