How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
Firstly, I would find out what has happened from the point of view of all users involved, as to what has happened and why. After doing this I would be able to make a conclusion as to what is going on and punish the user who is bullying accordingly. Under no circumstances should anybody be bullying anyone across all of Zarp servers. Anyone found bullying will be spoken to and will receive a ban for their actions. Punishment times will vary depending on the severity of the situation. However, this is a last resort, hopefully speaking to both party's will defuse the situation and will put a stop to it.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.
Kick
Kicking players will be used when a user is breaking rules. After speaking to them about what/why they did it, they will be kicked from the channel. Kicking players can also be used to move them to the Lobby/AFK room if they are afk.
Ban
A ban would be used if a user is breaking rules and after speaking to them, continues to break the rules. The length of the ban will depend on how severely the rules have been broken and what rules were broken, this will happen after a user has been spoken to about their actions so they know not to do it again and why they are receiving the ban,
Moving Users
A user will be moved into meetings if they are on the TS server and waiting to join a meeting room as a staff member. Also moved out again at the end of the meeting section that applies to them. With permission with the user and all the users in the chat room a user can be moved to talk to them. Moving users into spacers will be helpful when talking to them about any rule breakers/issues they have while playing at Zarp.
Locking a room
Locking rooms can be used when playing games such as CS:GO or League Of Legends, this will sto pother users from moving into the server and trolling/disturbing other users when trying to play games that require a lot of communication and teamwork.
Setting a server group
When a user gains a staff rank / is promoted, they will be added to the server group that applies to them. This is also used to de-rank users when they are demoted/resigning from their servers.
Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I am a friendly guy who can help out the servers and enforce the rules when needed. I am trusted with staff powers as I have been a deathrun administrator since 28/11/15. During this time I have proven that not only can I be an active user on the servers but I also help out with rule breakers/issues that anyone has.
Thank you for taking the time to read my application! All feedback is welcome and I hope to see you on the servers soon.
