How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would move them to a spacer if there is diffrent people in the room.I would ask to both of them what happened.If the guy who got bullied got a valid proof, i would verbally warn the guy for bullying and tell him if it happens again he is gonna get kicked or maybe banned.After saying this, I would move back the guy who bullied and after that i would apologise for what happened to his feelings and move him back too.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

These are the commands what can a TS3 staff member can do:
Ban->This command is used to punish players for X amount of time.

Locking a channel->This command is used to lock channels for users.For example when someone playing a game and doesn't want someone to come because he/she wants to be able to play with his teammates only.

Kick->This command is used to kick players from the server.There is two diffrent types of kick.First one is kicking the user to Lobby Room but second one is kicking the user from the Channel.

Set server group->This command is used for the user who got a new rank or lost his rank.For example when someone gets demoted,promoted,resigning.

Delete description or avatar->This feature is here if someone has a inappropriate
description or something like this, it lets the TS3 staff to be able to remove it.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I should be chosen because i am very trustworthy and also a loyal person who can be very helpful when its needed.I am a trusted Administrator on SSRP servers.I am online nearly everyday on TS and i never got punished for something (I mean real punishment, not joke)I could be very helpful when there is people trolling and not getting punished because sometimes there is no staff members online on TS.Thanks for reading, wish you guys let me show myself to the staff team.

Why? Holly is a amazing guy to know on SSRP, He helps players all day via f1's. He's exteremly active on Teamspeak and SSRP. Thanks.I am trying my best to help people but generally they pm me on steam for it but when they just ask it on TS i am helping them.I am trying to change channel to channel to see whats going on and stuff like this.

I see holly on the team speak at times ( take in mind this is possibly because of my time zone) but when I see you your not really interacting like others have said before . I think you should try to just move around more and see if some one needs help. Other than that you have been in the zarp community for a while now and you might prove to be a good staff member.
