How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
If someone is being bullied on TS3 I would first ask what the person did and for there name. If the player is on I will move the player in to a empty room and talk to him about what he did and give him a warning. if the player dose it again I will kick the player from the TS3 server if he dose not stop after that I will ban the player for a day for TS3.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
1:Moving players: Moving a player to talk to them. or move the player to another channel with there permishion
2:kick: If a player is breaking TS3 Rules and been told to stop.
3:Ban: If the player is breaking TS3 and already been kicked for it already.
4:Changing player description: If a player has a inappropriate decription. to chang it.
5: Giving/Taking players server groups: If a player leaves or if a player just got Mod/admin

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
Why should I be chosen to be TS3 staff. I have been in the zarp community for about 2 Years now and I know most of the players that come on the TS3 server and most of the players know me. I was TS3 staff for about 7-8 mounth when I was superadmin and I know the rules about TS3 I know when to use my power to move player that are breaking TS3 rules and talk to them about the ruile and how they are breaking the rules and telling them if they do not stop they will be kick or banned from the TS3 server if they do not stop. I have been with zarp for a long time so I can be trusted with the powers of a TS3 staff and I love the community and I love helping players in need and I answer there question.

I remember playing with you 2 years ago and god I miss those days. Anyway, Hahzy is a really nice guy and he has some experience as a teamspeak staff. Although I do want to point out that you're not really active on teamspeak, you should try to be more active before the meeting.
