Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I think my time as a moderator has contributed to Admin because I have been moderator for so long and I want t spend my time helping the server more and even more events to make the servers more fun. I have handled lots of F1s with mod powers and I'm ready to have admin powers so chose me and watch me do more F1s.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user)

So there was this F1 where this guy got glitch scammed apparently so I let him tell me his story and I would explain why but then he got really disrespectful at me because I said I cant do anything. But then I got General Doombringer to help me and I explained also to him about what happened. Doombringer then told ChuteUK And Then said "If he has no proof, we cant do anything". Finally I ended the F1 and said sorry to the citizen because we couldn't do anything.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full

grasp?

You have been Accepted for Moderator and also part of the staff team! In this rank there are technical things you have to learn E.G Commands Ok lets get starting!
First I'm going to tell you the commands for Moderator :

/teleport - This is a command witch where ever your looking at and you use it you will automatically go to there.

/freeze - This is a command where if you select a player in the tab menu or typing there name like this /freeze (player) it will instantly make the player stop moving and unable to move there head.

/unfreeze - This will just make all the things witch will freeze them make them just roleplay again also they have to be froze to be unfroze.

/back - The /back command is where ever you to or goto you go back to your original position (this can also be used on other players).

/slay - The /slay command will slay/kill the player you select in the tab menu or just by typing also in the tab menu you have different type of ways to kill them.

/goto - The /goto command is simple you just goto the player yu typed in chat or on the tab menu.

/warn - This command is tricky because you have to hold the tab menu and find the player you need to warn and find his SteamID then type in chat </warn <steamid> <reason>.

/kick - /kick is there when you really need to use it E.G when no admins reply to having to come and when someone does something over and over again.

Tab Menu

The Tab Menu is as I said in the commands a place where you can do things easily then just typing it so if you select a player it will list all the commands you will be able to access.

F6 Menu

The f6 menu is there to check warning basically by searching the player or getting the players steamid go on select a player - scroll to the bottom - paste/type the steamid and it will show up the players warnings.

Admin Keypad Cracker

This is a tool witch will stay in your hotbar forever (unless demoted or taken away) and if you right click or left click it will bring up a menu saying how many seconds it has to open if its 4 seconds above (4 seconds minimum) = Not against the rules but if its 4 seconds below it = Against the rules .

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hi Player of the Zarp Community I have talked with the staff who banned you and we have decided to..... Accept the great effecting application but there is a bit of a twist we have to reduce it to 3 days since you Prop Spammed and effected the role player of other people also you may of interrupted with some admin sits. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words

I should be promoted because i love staff life and i am friend with f1s everytime.I want to be promoted because i want to help to community faster.I can help to community more as an admin.I am just playing Gmod for zarp and their nice staffs/users.I am the nice guy who can be promoted to be admin I am active everyday every week every month my minimum hour in a day is 3 hours(minimum).I like to be admin because when i started to playing on zarp i just wanted to be admin.Also, I can make the community more fun with Events!

Due to timezones and me slowly becoming a Server 2 player (rip) I think you would be a good admin due to what the others have to say, unless anything is said negativley about you that changes my state of mind in the meeting you have a yes from me.
