Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Whenever I do a F1 and it's about a player accusing a other player of something I tend to get the stories from both sides and check the proof. Whenever I'm not sure about it I ask other staff members about it. I also tend to help other staff members where I can. I'm sure that I can do better as a admin than I can do as a moderator now.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Checking out a base and a guy won't open his doors to see if he has raidable entities with a building sign.
Or to spectate people when you're pretty sure they're going to rulebreak, this is how I do it now..

A guy breaking 7 rules(and rdmed over 8 people) and the only admin online was AFK, not able to give him a small loan off 1 week off.
A lot of unfrozen props and no admins in the server.
Where someone did a small rulebreak and I'd rather give them a jail timeout instead of a warning.
And these are just one of the many example I encountered which i couldn't solve while being a moderator

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Of course you want to start of right away, but how I hear you thinking? Well I will tell you in short sections!
F1
Hey, when you press F1 you'll see a complete new menu! This is your menu where F1 reports will come in, you can check the latest warnings and the logs.
You can search in all of it as well by using the top right corner search bar!

Commands
/tp - Teleports you to the location you are aiming at or /tp <steamID>/<name> to teleport a player!(Don't use their name, since it could tp more people if they got similar names/same name)
/freeze - use this to freeze a player by using /freeze <steamID> OR /freeze <name>(this one I don't recommend since if a player has a space in it's name it might freeze everyone in the server with a space in their name)
/warn - You do this to warn someone! /warn <steamID> <reason>
/unwarn - Made an accident or want to unwarn someone? Use this /unwarn <steamID>
/back - Will teleport you back to your last location!
/slay - Slays the person, let's say he won't drop or holster his weapon(as a mutant) and it's not a severe rulebreak, so you don't want to warn him for it, then a nice little slay will do <steamID>/<name>
/kick- This will kick the player from the server.

The commands are nifty, but I suggest you use the tab menu and click on their name, since you won't make any mistakes then

Warnings
You warn someone for a rulebreak in a way you think that's appropriate.
A verbal first? Sure, that's nice if it's a little mistake, they repeat doing it? Warn them then!

Use @ or /// to chat in admin chat to get any help or tell things which aren't meant for users to know.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Thanks for making a ban appeal, I've had a look in to it and decided to LOWER your ban to 1 week.
Propspammers are not fun to play with, neither is it allowed to propspam, I suggest you read the rules to prevent more warnings or bans, enjoy your stay on ZARP,!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
From my experience I can't catch rule breakers good enough, always the lack of admins responding or I can't no clip into a base when it has a report of raidable entities with a building sign up.
I'm a very friendly person and always in for a word if we disagree on something, talking politely is the best way to handle any situation.
Just felt like doing something back for the community and now I think I've grown to become a admin tho. Learned so much, worked on it, but will keep learning and working to keep my rank and let people have fun on the servers and keep them clean off the rulebreakers!

I'm sorry, but no, this guy skips to decisions too quickly then doesn't make up for his mistakes. +SUPPORT Very friendly and a kind person I think he should be Admin..especially because when hes on there are almost no Admins so he cant do much except kicking players which they can come back easily. Double Warns people for the same reason constantly does not listen to explanations. Sides in sits with gang members and friends. Abusive mod and should be demoted by now but isn't for some reason. Yes, and I've since then started to listen more to people and not to staff members(Since I got told it was a illegal printing spot untill Tyler told me it was not)

Yes, he got his warning even removed, but he changed the story as well, first he used a hand cannon to get up a building and next he jumped out of a window, but it's all fixed now.

I think Cherry that you can improve by explaining the rules better when you pull people up.

I always tell them what rule they broke or how, warn them for it and then tell them to read /motd, not do it again and if they got any question to ask me or make a F1.

Double warning? Tell me when? If you break a rule twice, you'll be warned for it twice yes. Never sided with friends or gang members in a sit.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRp! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
