What is Ghosting ?
Ghosting is if you are death or a death player and you know the code or the way and tell the code to your friend's and they can go past.
An example: im death and i seen the buttons where my friend must jump on it to overlife the trap. we say Gorden Freemen is my friend and im telling him the right way to jump. (like on the mapp atomic warfare) and he jumping all right and dont die and all Deaths say what he know the way but we dont say him. <--- This is ghosting!

How would you deal with a disrespectful player ?
I would tell that he is disrespectfull and that he should be respectfull to staff or players. Would say that 3 times and if he than still disrespectfull i would warn him but than he can be more disrespectfull and say: server is shit or somthings else but than i would say why you are still here than go if you cant like the players, staff, server. I think he is than still on the server and make more disrespectfull things and offend player or staff than i would warn him the 2 time and if he
carries on than i would kick him and warn him agin. but in all i would say pls dont disrespect pepole they make nothing to you and are not disrespectfull to you

Why I should be chosen: i dont know why me it can be all other players too. but i will say im nice to pepole and im trying to help where i can if the player needs help. i would like moderator because i know its heavy for new players to starting up but if they need my help i would help where i can, im on many times when no staff is there (and rulebreaks are real like trapspam, be afk when no mod or admin is on ), im faithful to the comunity and wouldn't try to crash the community, i know its heavy work for mods and admin enforce rules to, i like the comunity and like to help the comunity.

I know from other games where i wars mod or admin its not easily to keep all going.
Therefore, a thank you to all the mods and admins.
