RDM is where you randomly or without reason kill someone. For example if I went down the street and shot someone multiple times and cause their death, that would be a case of RDM

NLR stands for New Life Rule used after someone dies. If you die and respawn you may not interact with that district you just died in. If someone raided my base and I came directly back to that area to help my base that would be NLR.

Metagaming is using the RP chat for unrelated RP matters. If I adverted that I just got a soccer ball than that is completly random and not RP related

Explain how you would solve this situation
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would see if Player x has anymore proof. If not look for things saying mug and get away in the chat that player y might've said. If not that there's no proof against Player x's statement than I would warn player Y for RDM

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would also see if Player x has proof and if not bring both players to see if they say anything else about the situation that would help. If not I would give Player Y a verbal warning and spectate them to see if they will do this again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would go to Player x and warn him for Metagame and tell him to not do it again.

I should be chosen because I play dark rp a lot so I would be available most times and I have had a lot of experience on this server so I would know the rules very well and how to understand some of the players that are having troubles.

Comments: your explanation is confusing and vague You need to mention that nlr is 3:00 long and that you forget about your past life. Add those and structure your answer and it will be a great answer.

Comments: you are saying if player y has no proof against player x and his accusations you would warn him. Player x needs the proof to back up his claims you can't warn some one if the defendant gave a valid reason to why he killed him and the accuser has no proof.
