Bhop Related
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
Well first off I would link them a good video on how to bhop then explain strafing and that you need to sync your mouse movements with the key you are using to strafe with.
Example
If you are going to strafe to the left hold a and move your mouse left and when you want to strafe to the right hold d and move your mouse right, the more you sync these together the more speed you will get. Also if you need to see how people do it you can type !spectate and look for the bot on how to beet the map and an example of how the person with one of the best scores is bhopping.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would first confront them about it and ask them to stop, if they continue I would let them know that I warned them about it already and temporarily mute them. I would then suggest them to read the /motd and unmute them afterwards, if they proceed I would kick them and if it happens again get evidence and ask a higher member of staff to ban them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
I would first tell them about it and then kick them, if they continued to use the exploit I would get a video or a screenshot and get an admin to ban them temporarily (depending on the exploit).

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I think that I could be a good fit for the rank of "Bhop moderator" because I am trusted within the community due to my current rank as admin on SSRP and Ex-Super admin also ex forum mod and teamspeak staff. I am active within the servers i play around a hour or more every day and i enjoy bhop and would love to help out as when I am on there are a lot of players who are on and no staff are on.
