What is Ghosting? and give an example: When someone spectating tell the runners which buttons that have been pressed.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I tell him/here to stop being disrespectful and then warn him/her.

Why I should be chosen: I think that I should be chosen because I really love helping people and I would really like to help the server. I think that I would fit in great because of that. I really love Zarp and I would really love to become a part of it. I think that I should become a Moderator because I am online pretty often and I will try to be there for everyone and make them feel safe and have fun!

Thanks for applying, you could improve your app with giving more information. Like your ghosting part, you are only giving an example. Your disrespectful part, you could mention gag/mute commands. There are 2 servers, and you mentioned 1 game tracker. You only have 1 day of activity. You've played one day and decides to apply for moderator. I would recommend to get 15 hours total game time before applying and have a decent activity throughout the weeks.
