Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I Have not been a Mod for a long time I was mode about about 2 years ago But I know what the mods have to go threw because they do not have admin. Player look down on mods like they are not staff and I have seen mods trying to deal with player that are not listen tyo them and they want a admin to talk to them because they do no think mod is not a staff rank. also mod have restictions so they can Noclip and they cant do serting this that are needed in situation like banning a player that is breaking they rules there are wait around it because I had to do that some times. I think that my time as staff memeber on the server allowed me to help player and staff memeber and also I know the rules from inforcing them.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There are many obstacles that you have to go threw as a mod first you cant ban a playuer that is mass RDMing or prop spamming the server you have to get a Admin to ban the player for you. Second you cant fly so you have to Tp to roof tops or you have to do the F1 in the road witch can lead to People Inturupting you. Last You are a mod so some players do not think of you as a authority and they think that yuou cant do anything and will not lisen to you and some tims only lisen to a Admin. THis a short list but nmot all of the things that a mod has to go threw But there are things that a mod can so to deal with thos thing Fist with the ban Warning a player 3 times will kick them 4 will ban so warn them 3 times and then if they come back warn a 4rth time and with will temp ban them from the server. Second when you do a f1 go the a roof then tp the player dont go to the player then tp to a roof and always PM the player tell them that you will be Tping them. Lastly when a player dose not think that you cant do anything axplain to that player you are caple of doing the task and ask if he still wants a admin if he wants one call a admin for him and you can move on to the next task.

Hello, Thank you for joining the Zarp staff team. You will have to Use your new powers to protect the server from player that don't want to respect the rules.You will need to know some of the commands and how to use them to do this.
/tp (Players Name/ID) This command allows you to teleport the player to the location that you are looking at.
/Goto (Players Name/ID) This command allows you to Go to the player.
/Bring (Players name/ID) This command allows you to bring the player to your location.
/Warn (Players Name/ID) This command lets you Warn a player for breaking a Rules. You should use the players ID to Warn player to avoid warning the wrong player.
/Unwarn (Player Name/ID) The command allows you to unwarn a player that was not meant to be warned or Wrongfully warned
The commands that I listed are just command that You will use mostly. You can see all the Commands in you tab menu. You can Find a players ID is the tab menu.
The F1 system is used so player can make a complaint without ruining the other player immersion. When a player makes a F1 you you will see a red square on the bottom of you screen saying that there is a F1 if you press F1 now you will see the player name and what the complaint. You click on the F1 and click Handle when you do this you are handling the F1 another mod/admin cant take it from you. In the F1 Menu you can TP the the player or bring the player from it. When you do this tell the player you are there for there F1 request and ask them what they need. the player will tell you the player that broke a rule or show you what a player did to break a rule. You must Tp the player to you and ask the player if they did what they are being accused of doing. the player will lie of tell the truth if the player tells the truth or you can see what they did warn them then tp the player back to where they were. If the player lies you must ask for proof from the person that made the f1 if the player has no proof then you cant really do anything but if the player dose have proof then tell them to send you the proof and take a look if the proof looks good warn the player then TP the players back to where they were.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I will shorten the ban to 7 days then reply to the post saying "Ban has been shortened to 7 days here is a link to the Rules. Read all the rules and when you ban is over you may come back on the server www.zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/darkr...les-updated-12-12-14"

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I should Become a admin because I am a very friendly player and I like to help players that are trying to play on the server. i was DarkRP staff for about A year before I left because of family and Work. I read the rules and know them very well I report player when I am on the server for breaking rules. I know when to Warn,Kick or ban a player. I get along with player very well and know how to handle them when that are mad.I have experience in F1 and RP I know when I do a F1 in someone base i cant go back a raid them because I know the base and location. I have been playing on Zarp for two years now. I know when to use my power and when not to I will not ban player from anger. I listen to both sides of the story before making a decision.
