Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Rdm- its when some body killing some body without an rp reason with any weapon(raid,mug)
for example player A killed player B near the bank just becouse he wanted and hated this guy

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
Nlr- NLR its when u die u respawn u gotta wait 3 min till coming back to the same discritct and u gotta forget everything what happend(like u got mugged and died and u coming back and revange rdm)
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming- meta gaming is when player talking in OOC about that he getting raided or the bank is raided or somebody got kidnapped. he can talk about it in voice chat or in pm or group chat

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First im gonna tp both of them and ask what happened from both of them. X He killed me and i got proofs.
(video with the proof that he walking at the street and got rdmed from behind) so im gonna warn Y and if theres no proofs so im gonna watch both of them and ill see what gonna happnen.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
first im gonna ask what happened and then ask if theres proofs and gonna check the logs between the time he died and if its low the 3 min ill warn him

You should choose me becouse im series person and iv been changed alot from the start. alot of ppl still thinking that im troller but im not i changed alot. i play alot on the server (every day) and i see so much troll in every corner and theres like 2 mods who making F1 and its hard them to handle so i can help alot in it.plus in my time of playing at the day theres alot of admins who make F1 becouse they are sleeping or afk so i can help. and i am feeling that i can be helpfull and stop alot of troll and rdm and HELP AS MUCH AS I CAN TO MAKE THIS SERVER A BETTER PLACE!
and the last thing i want to say im a person who sticks to the rules i cant break a rule inside zarp i just cant and when i see ppl breaking rules im not following them and i remmber 1 time i got raided(i based with alot of ppl) they all nlred and i didnt and even called and admin to watch them becouse its annoying if im raiding and a guy nlring .

My initial opinion
Yoda, you seem to be a promising addition to the staff team, I know how you deal with situations like these, I've seen it before, but I feel you need to touch up on the application a bit more. Your attitude in-game is fine, and I do like you, but sometimes presentation is more important that attitude.


Positives
Decent activity, I suggest you spread out those hours instead of clumping it into a day or two.
Attitude is nice

Negatives
Application needs some work, but I understand that English isn't your native language
Could be a bit mature in your answers as well
