What is Ghosting? and give an example: ghosting is a way when you are dead to give false/true information that can change the results at the end of the current round. for an example we have dr_minecraft so lets say we have the two portals at the end of the first row of traps so the death presses the right button and then the dead runner/spectator/death say right portal is dead then its ghosting so its just a way to ruin the game for other players by telling them what to do but ghosting can also be other things this was just and example. if i saw ghosting as a mod i would tell the player to stop by giving a verbal warn and then tell the player to type !motd in chat to read the basic rules of the zarp servers. if then the player did/didnt read the rules and would keep going i would give the player a real warn and then i would gag/mute the player. if the player avoided that and would keep going i would give him one last warn or i would call admin to ban the player. if the player didnt listen and kept going i would call admin or higher and tell him to ban the player. if no admins or higher online i would go ahead and make a ban apply at the zarp forums/site


how would you deal with a disrespectful player?: if a player starts being disrespect full i would give the player a verbal warn if the player would keep going i would gag/mute that person and then give the player a warn if the player would avoid that i would go ahead and give him one last warn to stop and if not i would call admin to ban him if the player didnt listen and kept going i would call admin or higher and tell him to ban the player if no admin or higher available i would go ahead and make a ban apply at the forums in case if it was a spray i would do the same exept for gagging and muting


b]Why I should be chosen:[/b] i wanna be chosen as a mod to be a part of the big and good staff team i have no recent warns and i respect the staff team and i would do anything i can to keep up the servers and be available as long as i can so i can help everbody if they need anything my gametracker is good because i can play on the server more than 2 hours every day (almost) and i will try to do anything too keep up and help as a good and fair staff member, and i will try to be on both servers for around 2-3 hours everyday if i can, and i will think really good about the decisions i have to make as a moderator and a part of the staff team i will make sure to have good keybinds asswell. i wil also try to help any admins or higher/ moderators if they need some help to do anything if they need it and i will try to come at the meetings as many times as possible. i hope i can be a mod as i think i have the things needed to be a member of the staff.......
