Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

RDM(Random Death Match) Basically is killing someone without a valid RP reason like being a hitman and killing someone with no bounty .

Example.1
Harry saw QNG Walking in the street, Harry pulls out his USP And shoots QNG.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

NLR(New Life Rule) Is basicly when you die you forget everything that happened in your past life and if you die for example at your base then you come back before the 3 minutes of the NLR Times stops(Top of your screen)

Example
QNG Died while raiding OG Dylan QNG Comes back to the place he died in and klls OG Dylan.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Metagaming is talking about IC(In Character) information in OOC(Out of character) Chat for

(OOC)QNG: Hey OG Dylan come to the bank so we can raid it.
(OOC)OG Dylan: Ok QNG But first come to my base so i can give you guns.
(For Explain how you would handle the situation) If the player has no proof for the nlr, rdm, etc i can not warn him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all i would tp X And ask him about the situation X: I Was just walking in the street i turned around then Y Just killed me for no valid reason.

Then i will TP Y QNG: Y why did you kill X

Y: He looked at me funny.

QNG: You can't kill him because he looked at you funny.

QNG: Do you proof X?

X: Yes there.

He gives QNG The proof

QNG Saw in the video that Y Didn't have a valid reason to kill X

QNG Warns Y For rdm

QNG: Have a nice day guys, Enjoy your stay at ZARP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First of all i will TP Player X And ask him what happened

X: I Was raiding Y's base and i killed him after, 20 seconds he came back to the same place he died in.

QNG Tp's Y

QNG: Y Did you go to the place you died in before the NLR Time was off

Y: No i didn't

QNG Asks if X Has proof

X: There is the proof

QNG Watches the video and it shows the 3 minutes of NLR Time didn't stop before Y returned to the place he died in.

QNG Warns Y For NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I Will Tell X To not talk in character in the ooc chat.
If he did it again i will tp him and tell him to not metagame(Talk in character in OOC Chat).

X Says Ok

(OOC)X: Come on i said come to my bank i am being raided.

QNG TP's X tells him you still metagamed when i told you don't

QNG Warns X For Metagaming.

Communicating

I Love talking to other players i love playing with with anyone, i like to base communicate with pretty much everybody on the server. i love helping people and their friends i love the zarp server and everything in it.

Help

I Love helping people in their rp, helping them about anything in the server and i play alot now lately, I see alot of people needing help in the servers about anything rp basing and other stuff like gifts dealers and other kinds of stuff.

Experienced

I Am well experienced in Darkrp admin i was admin in 5 darkrp servers and i am a deathrun moderator and a former bhop mod. in one of the darkrp servers i used to be admin on they used Fadmin which is the admin mod used here on zarp.

The last topic Activity and Respectful

I Am pretty active on darkrp now and i am respectful to anyone in the server i will never make swear words come out my mouth to others i respect the staff,owners and the players in the server. i am more active than before and i respect everything about ZARP. Getting this rank will help me become more active than usual now i am active but for about 2-4 hours every day i can get more active with my rank because i want to help people find what they want to do and stop the rulebreakers from ruining their experience. i am respectful to others and i love helping people this rank will help me be more helpful.

Hell Bud, here I am just going to note down the things I'd like to see change within your application. I may come across as a tad bit picky and maybe nasty in some parts; which is why I am apologizing in advance for.

- I see your side of explaining about "Mass RDM" in all but is not needed because, the question as you about "RDM" which is singular therefore we would of like to seen your examples as singular RDM's from players.
- You say within NLR "If you die for a valid reason" thats where you may have portrayed this a tad wrong, staff members do not allowed players to break NLR if someone has RDMed them etc. Or even if the player has broken rules they may not return until the timer is over, unless give permission by a staff member.
- Metagaming as a whole is not just someone using OOC as a means of an RP chat of a sort. The name falls within many ranges of meanings from Steam to OOC in game; metagaming in a whole is the access to communicate with a player about RP purposes outside of game.
- All of your HWYHTFS seems very long winded and space out, maybe structuring it within a paragraph would make it look better? That's just an overall preference. You need to abbreviate more on explaining to the player what they have done wrong, giving them a warning without explaining the ruie in full detail would leave the player stranded and maybe confused. Lastly when a player Metagames we normally give a verbal warning telling them to stop and what they have done wrong; straight up warning them is too harsh and possibly meaningless, so please rethink how you'd handle the situations and the overall outcome at the end.
- You say "You are a Deathrun Admin or Mod" (This may seem harsh but here me out) being staff on a totally different game mode to SSRP won't really help how you deal with situations maybe this show your responsible and mature; but within SSRP situations are dealt differently I believe. If you do get accepted staff members will help you out with dealing with F1's and even a handy guide that Morgan made (Such a Great Guy )
- Lastly spruce up your app. make it look individual and to stand out from the others. Add colors make it bold and stuff like that.

Hello New dude i have read through your application for moderator and have found some improvements that could be made to your application for moderator on SSRP..

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

NLR(New Life Rule) Is basicly if you die for a valid reason then come back to the same place you died in before your NLR Time stops(On the top of your screen).
Example
QNG Died while raiding OG Dylan QNG Comes back to the place he died in and klls OG Dylan.

Comments: So the valid reason doesn't need to be in there because even if you got RDMed you make a F1 you cant break NLR if you got RDMED. Also you need to mention how long the NLR timer is and that you forget your last life and it would be nice if you mentioned that NLR runs in districts

Comments: Your explanation is a bit Vague because you can talk in OOC while being in character but you cant talk about in character information in out of character chat .

I think you're great Mod Material. The only thing I see wrong, is we usually just tell people to stop Metagaming, and not warn the outright. It is one of the easiest rules to break, and it isn't the worst rule to break. I'm sure if you get accepted they'll teach you to verbally warn instead of warning them for Metagaming. Hmm game trackers haven't been working for me but what I hear from other admins is that you're a pretty active member.
You seem like a really nice guy and I would like more people like you to be staff on our servers.
There could be more detail on NLR. I feel that it doesn't give enough description for me to understand what you are clearly saying.
Overall you are Ex-Staff and a great member of the zarp community. This reply is very discrete 'cause there is nothing really wrong with you or your app XD
