When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? if someone is doing something really massive rule breaking / doesnt listen staff at all but just keeps breaking rules, If someone is being too disrespectful for others and staff and if someone is hacking or cheating. And if he/she is punishment avoiding, DDossing, being sexual.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? If someone is yelling in chat that someone is trap stealing/trap spamming and im still alive the i can spectate him to prove myself that he/she is really doing that. if someone doing something really massive rule breaking all the time so then i can ban him .

Why I should be promoted Ye i know i have been rested because i changed my account but still i have been active and doing my work as a moderator for these 1 and a half months i think i have doing my work good and thats why i think i could be promoted, im nice to people i help people if they need some help and im being very friendly to others and i just become friends instantly with someone and i think many of people like me when im doing my staff work so im friendly,helpful,active and nice guy to be friends with. so thats something why you should promote me.
