When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? We have the ban command for people we are:

- Hacking/Scripting
- Ddosing
- Massive disrespect/racism
- Sexual harresd
- Punishment avoid/Deaththreat

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? If I mute/gag people (for mic spam or chat spam) some of them leave and join and then I mute and gag him and maybe a warn, but then they leave a again. I can't ban them.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) I should be promoted because I am almost everyday between 2 and 4 hours online (some of the days not). I know the rules in and out and I am trust with power. Sometimes I don't know if someone is trap stealing or trap spamming (and my console doesn't work) I can spectate people and bust them better. With admin i can protect the server better against hackers, Ddosers and that kind of people.I can contact staff member if i need to.

Improve it a little explain when to use and the situation.

Improve this part alot, i don't understand what you mean.

Fix this part and make it with more words.
