Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match is when you randomly kill someone without a valid reason (e.g. Player x kills player y and says f**k you and carries on walking)

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule is when you get killed in rp and you must forget your life and mustn't come back there for 3 mins. (e.g Player x gets killed in a raid and comes back to murder the person who killed/raided him)

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is a solution which people use to communicate via OOC (Out of Character) for RP terms, in OOC you are only supposed to be talking about non rp things. (e.g Player X says to player Y "I want to buy that M202 of you, player y" | Player Y : come fountain")

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all, i will ask for the full story of what occurred. I will try and find the comparison between the stories and mostly i will request evidence or my verdict shall be no due to insufficient evidence.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would compare the time between each kill that was made and if i see the time is less than 3 minutes then i will believe it shall be broken NLR. I believe the screenshots would not be needed as i would see in the logs.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I will verbally warn him and explain to him not to use rp terms in OOC because it'll be counted as "Metagaming". If he repeats the rule break i will physically warn him with the /warn command.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I want to be come moderator on this community because I've been here for a long time and met really different people. I really love it and i want to keep it safe from rule breakers and really disrespectful people. I've seen that a lot during my time in ZARP and i would love to help the staff make this community better and more fun to play on. I really appreciate this community, I shall not be an abusive staff member and i have never cheated as some admins have in the recent times. I might have had a couple of problems with staff members but I've changed for the better and want to help ZARP become much better, I was a rude person as some people may think but it was way back. I am now friends with those people who I have offended and became nicer to newer people, I've been helping some people who didn't know what ZARP was and helping them with setting configuration, etc. I am flexible for times and will be able to attend meeting whenever. I understand rules and memorised nearly all of them and still am..

Hello buddy, I'd like to touch on some things you have presented wrongly within your app; and if so change them for what I have said. (Anything I say here may deemed to be harsh or picky but don't take it that way)

- Your activity of a whole is not too bad, but does vary from time to time and in this sense I mean; coming on for two days then playing for another three and leaving the last two days something along that scenario. As said multiple times staff team would like you to aim for at least two weeks consistent activity, allowing them to know you are committed.

- In terms of your Metagaming you are correct but then, I would like to see more abbreviation as in; Metagaming is not just saying something from RP in OOC, but as well as out game with Teamspeak etc. Generally everything that people are able to pass message on with.

- Me just being a tad to picky, you always need proof of the players no matter what. The only real time you won't is when you observe something breaking rules and then intervening. As well as, within your HWYHFS NLR; we never take the logs as any type of proof for NLR seeing it does not show us if the player returned to the same location of death. That's why all staff members should ask for proof of NLR instead of surmising the player returned to his last place of death.

EDIT: No warnings to this date, please change what I have said and I will think on my decision.

It was the host's problem, not mine because for the whole week ZARP servers have been having problematic experiences..

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank.
