When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? when someone gets 3 alive warnings and if someone is doing something massive rule breaking , and if he/she is really disrespect to all and doesnt listen staff members while we are warning him...

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? example if im moderator i cant spectate others when im alive so i can prove to myself if someone is breaking the rules, so that would help alot me

Why I should be promoted i think i would be a great admin just like i was good moderator, so im just saying i have been moderator like 1 and a half months and i have been learned how to be good and nice staff member who will respect all others like always. i have alot of experience about being staff member. so i think i would survive thru this one too, so i hope i would get promoted... that would be such a honor to me

Your app is appalling

This is awful,Go into more detail and actually work hard your app
You need loads of work it is very short and you dont go into detail!

The servers have been of and on this week but even with that i have not seen you once except for today!
You are not ready for admin!

First of all you need to do the full template, your steam name etc.
example if im moderator i cant spectate others when im alive so that would help alot for me when im admin

What would help if you could spectate players? Give an example or something.

I don't see you much handling much situations.
