Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a moderator on bhop has taught me how to deal with chat/voice spammers almost perfectly without any troubles whatsoever

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
To be honest here, I didn't encounter any problems with users on bunny hop so I'll just tell you guys the most recent one. There was a guy playing some weird russian music so I muted him after he refused to stop. He told me, after 5 minutes, that he will behave if I unmute him, so I did. Immediately after I unmute him he starts swearing in russian, after that he just leaves. Too bad I didn't take pictures.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hey buddy, congratulations on getting moderator. I shall teach you the basics of this rank as well as the commands that you will use to deal with rulebreakers. Let's start:
This is where you will use your powers to punish rulebreakers. On here you can see everyone on the server with their ranks and their SteamIDs. Your job is to mute/gag players that break the rules.

This command will mute a players' microphone. It is used on players mic spamming

This command will make a player unable to use chat. It is used on players that are chat spamming.

This command teleports a user to another user. You will most certainly not use this command but there are times when people get stuck on a platform on a really long map so you can teleport them a checkpoint back so they don't have to do the whole map again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello, I was the one that banned you permanently for cheating. This wouldn't have happened if you listened to me when I told you to stop cheating. But since it looks like you put time and effort into your appeal I will lower your ban to 1 week. Please don't do this again since you probably know what's going to happen.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I should be promoted because I'm really active, I come on the server every day and play for good amounts of time. I'm trusted with powers because of my staff history on ZARP so I know what the job of an admin is and I know how to deal with any kind of rulebreaker without problems. I'm also a really friendly and talkative person. I want to help this server stay clean of rulebreakers so giving me this promotion will surely help me a lot with that task.
