When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? I will use the ban command if someone is hacking/scripting, Ddosing, massive disrespect/racism and sexual harresd.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?A couple days before there where 2 people sexual harresd each other. I ask a admin to come. But the stoped already. If i had at that moment Admin I could ban them.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) I should be promoted because I am almost everyday between 2 and 4 hours online (some of the days not). I know all the rules in and out. Sometimes I am not sure if someone is trap stealing or trap spamming, with admin I can spectate people and bust them easier. I am trust with power. With admin I can help the server better and more against hackers and that kind of guys.

Anyways, you're quite active, the application is generally good and you have a good attitude in game. Just try and help out more in the server.

-Presumably, "banter" as one of the options.

Or indeed sexual harassment to which, followed by the latter, "But the stoped already."
Either you misspelled "the" with either "he" or "they" is unknown.

The situation could've have been resolved by other means and it did eventually stop without the use of banning.

That shows that you might be quick to banning instead of using other methods.
