Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match is when you randomly kill someone without a valid reason (e.g. Player x kills player y and says f**k you and carries on walking)

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule is when you get killed in rp and you must forget your life and mustn't come back there for 3 mins. (e.g Player x gets killed in a raid and comes back to murder the person who killed/raided him)

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is a solution which people use to communicate via OOC (Out of Character) for RP terms, in OOC you are only supposed to be talking about non rp things. (e.g Player X says to player Y "I want to buy that M202 of you, player y" | Player Y : come fountain")

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all, i will ask for the full story of what occurred. I will try and find the comparison between the stories and mostly i will request evidence or my verdict shall be no due to insufficient evidence.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would compare the time between each kill that was made and if i see the time is less than 3 minutes then i will believe it shall be broken NLR. I believe the screenshots would not be needed as i would see in the logs.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I will verbally warn him and explain to him not to use rp terms in OOC because it'll be counted as "Metagaming". If he repeats the rule break i will physically warn him with the /warn command.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I want to be come moderator on this community because I've been here for a long time and met really different people. I really love it and i want to keep it safe from rule breakers and really disrespectful people. I've seen that a lot during my time in ZARP and i would love to help the staff make this community better and more fun to play on. I really appreciate this community, I shall not be an abusive staff member and i have never cheated as some admins have in the recent times. I might have had a couple of problems with staff members but I've changed for the better and want to help ZARP become much better, I was a rude person as some people may think but it was way back. I am now friends with those people who I have offended and became nicer to newer people, I've been helping some people who didn't know what ZARP was and helping them with setting configuration, etc. I am flexible for times and will be able to attend meeting whenever. I understand rules and memorized nearly all of them and still am..

I have a few points I would like to make note of:

Activity:
Going over your gametrackers it seems you haven't been that active recently, logging many hours in the weekend only and then it fades a bit after that.

NLR Rule:
You could add to this that it counts for districts.

Metagaming Rule:
Your example confuses me, I get that you mean that you are not allowed to write that in the OOC chat, but for some reason the way you phrased it made it sound like you are allowed to do that.

RDM Situation:
You do not need proof to warn someone for RDM. Proof speeds the process along but it is not necesarry.
You, as a moderator, should be in a position where you can responsibly do the right thing given the story, wether that is to warn the user or not on behalf of the stories you were told. Question the stories if you feel you need more base to warn someone on.

Otherwise a decent application.
