Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
When you killing all people without any reason Like: you going to city and killing civilians,and others what you see in your road!
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
You cant go back to the place where you died for 3minutes Like: Police killed Hitman and the hitman cant get back to the place where he died for 3minutes if he comes back he will get warned for NLR because he breaking NLR-rule!
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
When you dont know where to write and writing in OOC like Buying diamond lock pick for 1million You need use /advert its like dont know what chat to use this rule all players must know!
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I will come to the Players get the players to my self and get more information then if its true i will give warning if it will be again i will again give warning for the player!
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
No one can break NLR its really important rule the player! I will get the players to my self and if the player dont know what means NLR i will give warning and help him with all the server rules to get started in the best server!

Because i really love this server and i love all players because they friendly and newbies is really friendly but they dont knows rules.I would help for all newbies who dont knows rules im really active like 4-7h per day im friendly helping i know i got a lot of warnings but it was playing my little brother he is 3years old if you dont trust me i can send you photo when he playing garrys mod this server he really loves it and all staff is friendly always helping but F1 reports is not fast helping i will be like 4-5hours on duty always help for players i wanna to be part of This server staff ! and im really active I can be more active if it needs i think im good to be Moderator i love it i got a little played garrys mod but my old account was been stealed and locked up! i cant get it back so i just wanna say Thanks for creating this server

Hello SnieginisI have read over your application and i have found some improvements that could be made.

Comments: In this answer you give a OK explanation but you need to mention that NLR runs in districts and that when you die you forget everything about your past life.

Comments:Your explanation is both confusing and Vague. Meta gaming is just Relaying In character information in a out of character channel or vice versa.

Comments: This Is Very Confusing And vague i do not understand what you mean here. What is more information ? you also need to ask for proof if the defendant has claimed that a different chain of events happend then you cant believe any one story with out proof.

Comments: a warning does not teach a player the rules. in the situation you interpreted you could explain

Comments: You could have handled this better because the user might not necessarily have known what meta gaming is so you would have needed to explain to him what it is and give him a option to what he could have done next time and a verbal warn possibly a warn.

- You need to stop breaking rules as you have 12 recent warnings and 1 recent ban also get your game time up a bit.

In light of the fact that you have quite a few recent punishments and an application that is lacking detail I can't really support you. You need to follow the rules and I feel that you should add more detail to your application.
