b]What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when you are dead and you tell a alive runner something in the map that he doesn't know like telling him this block is the one that will get you killed.Example:

Ronald tells Jamie to go to the right nether portal." (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:If i saw someone disrespecting someone in the chatbox i will tell him stop spamming if he didn't i will mute him and warn him for disrespect if he continues but this time with his mic because he is muted i will gag him if he continues to disrespect after i ungagged him and unmuted him i will gag him and mute him again if he leaves after i gag and mute him again i will call a admin to deal with the situation. (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

Why I should be chosen: I Should be chosen because i had admin and mod experience before on zarp deathrun 3/4 months ago i resinged because my pc was broken. i see rulebreaking when there are no admins/mods like micspam and deathavoid and other rules broken too.i think i should get the rank so i could stop the rule breaking. my gametime and activity isn't the best but i'll improve it before i get my rank. thanks for reading this i'll see ya later. 1- A verbal warning should come before gag/muting them and warning them officially, telling them what they did wrong and to not do it again. Also you don't un-mute/gag people, that happens when the map ends. This will give them time to reflect on why they are gagged/muted.

2- You should get your activity up Before you apply, not the other way around.

Edit: Did you check the old gametrackers i have 900 in one in another one i have 217 in a 3rd one i have 486 and in a 4th one i have 291 and in 5th one i have 634. I know him from his time as admin, and I can tell you there is nothing wrong with his gametime. The activity however, isnt the best as of this moment. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

Before you get started, an SuperAdmin + and possibly another Admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands.
