Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Being a mod was a bit an ok work for me as i had fun doing f1s to see how can i improve in some points , but i still saw i didnt have enough from help and i want to go further and become an admin to make more lines against these rule breakers all around the server , farewell im ready for everything !

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

i remember a problem which was a guy , he was arresting people , so on as i found he was arresting wanted people , i got confused from the pictures and proofs , i had to see if that will happen again , i left them away and waited time to see if someone will make the same f1 on same thing , it happened , until i found the guy was totally breaking rules by NLR , RDMing hobos , arrested both wanted and unwanted people , which made me call an admin further on for it

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

first of all , i tell him he was accepted and congrats on him being a moderator , now we will get you trained , this will be easy and will help u being moderator and organize your work with it , now for first lets go to commands
there are commands u can use in the game to help u in your work like :
now for the teleportation
/tp : teleports you to place your aiming at
/tp (with name/steam ID) : teleports the guy to the place your aiming at
/goto : send you to the guy you want to go to
/bring (name / steam ID) : bring's the guy to you (useful if the guy was dead)
/back : send you back to the last place you tped from
/back (name/Steam ID): send the guy to the last place he was tped from

and now for the f1 system and how to work with it ,
the f1 system is used to report rule breakers or when u need an admin for it , but as a staff member you are now able to do the f1s and help the others
so if you want to know how it works ? look :
first of all press f1 , it will open u a menu talking about active f1s and reports , to do an f1 right click on it and press handle this , it will tell the player his request being handled by you (at this point DO NOT tp him to you , you tp to him) then on so you need to tell him that you here for his f1 , the next thing you have to do , is taking a roof to discuss your f1 , after that hear from both sides and get proofs , as well you MUST be 100% sure on what to do either warn or do something , and if you want a hand of an admin use the admin chat by typing @ (words here) , to talk with staff , further on , if your are unable to finish the f1 press right click on it and then abort handling it , but if u have finished everything press mark as finished (remember tp back the guys)
now for the commands that are used to warn someone or do an action in f1's
/warn (name [AVOIDING PROBLEMS ITS RECOMMENDED USING STEAM ID OF PLAYER]) : warns the play (with reason)
/unwarn (name / steam ID *recommended*) to take out warnnings from the guy
/kick (name / steam ID) : kicks the player of out server
/slay : (name / steam ID) slays the player (be careful with this !! )
/freeze (name / steam ID) freezes the player (used to control those people who try to escape the set)
/unfreeze (name / steam ID) unfreezes the player

*note : still remember if your having problems doing that either of freeze or any other commands you have the tab . go to his name > click > either do further actions (REMEMBER TO TAKE STEAM ID FOR TOP BEST , AS YOU CAN FIND IT AT HIS NAME IN TAB MENU , click on it to copy its ID)
*note : remember when your doing f1s BE Mod On Duty avoiding you fall in RP problems cause when you are doing f1s YOU ARE OUT FROM RP AT THAT MOMENT (RP-ING WILL RESULT IN PROBLEMS).
(if you want to ban a guy , make sure first then YOU MUST call an admin to do it , if he a guy leaves (disconnect from the set) take his steam ID then tell admin to get him banned ) .

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

i'd take further discussion in it first to see if there actually a chance of him getting unbanned , so as long as its his first ban he might get a chance tho its a permanent ban and for propspam , so likely propspamming lags the server which is a way for abusing and breaking rules , so i might either give him a chance and unban him OR lower his ban to a time like 1 week or something (depending on what will happen in discussion in the appeal post he made) .
