Bhop Related

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I would greet them and well explain to them that basically the concept of the game is to finish maps by jumping on blocks and such in the best time possible. To bunny hop on normal mode you must hold space and use A & D to strafe. Strafing is very important as it gives you speed and mastering this will make you a better bunny hopper, basically you need to synchronize your keyboard presses with your mouse. So for example when you press A you must move your mouse to the left to get more speed. There are more modes than just normal like W-Only, sideways, A-only, but it is recommended that you stick with one mode until you learn the basics.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would firstly tell them to stop their spam, and if they do it again I will mute/gag them depending on what they spammed on.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
First of all I would make sure that what he's doing is an exploit. if it is I would tell them to stop doing it, if they refuse I will simply kick them and ask an admin to come and ban him depending on the badness of the exploit.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words)
I should be chosen because I'm very active, I come on everyday and play for good amounts of time, I answer every question players have in the most detailed way. Since I was staff on other servers I'm trusted with powers and I also know ULX commands from TTT. I've noticed a lack of staff members on the server lately so I decided to apply and try to help out with the rulebreakers as they can be extremely unpleasant for me and the other players in the server.
