Explain how your previous experience will contribute to you becoming an admin
So for the new ones, i used to be an administrator resigning about 2 months ago.
At that time i had been a staff member for around 10 months, which in my opinion is a good portion of time. I had more or less encountered every type of rulebreak or offense possible, and handled all of them with little to no complaints.
Explain some difficult situations that youve had to work around in the past
Situations where the player you are serving does not speak english will always proove more difficult, in these scenarios i would usually attempt with google translate or ask if anyone in /ooc speaks the language.
Another one could be times where the player lies and denies everything, even when evidence is presentated or it is rather clear what has happended. Some of these players will also threaten you if things arent going their way and it takes experience and confidence not to give in when encountering these situations.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

First of all i would like to say congratulations on getting accepted for moderator.
While you may consider this a great achievement it is also a heavy responsibility, you now represent Zarpgamings staff team as a whole, and all of your actions reflects on it, keep this in mind through everything you do.
Here i will be going through the basic commands, which you will need whilst doing your job as a moderator.
/warn <PLAYERNAME>
You should always warn a player whenever he breaks a rule, a player can recieve up to 3 warnings before being kicked from the server, while many people likes to see this command as a punishment, it is not in itself, it is a staff members way of saying "If you continue this behavior, then you will recieve a punishment" And it is great for getting your point through to people.
Make sure you never warn a player twice in a row.
Example 1:
/warn <PLAYER> RDM
/warn <PLAYER> NLR
A total of 2 warnings, this is incorrect.
Example 2:
/warn <PLAYER> RDM & NLR
A total of 1 warning, giving the player time to realise what hes done and adapt to it, this is correct.
Example 3:
/warn <PLAYER> RDM & NLR
You explain to the player what hes done wrong and you tell him to read the rules, 25 minutes then passes and you catch him breaking NLR once again
/warn <PLAYER> NLR
You give the player a fair chance to understand his mistakes and thereby adapt, but he continues, you then warn him again for a total of 2 warnings, this is correct.
All of the following commands can and should be accesed through the TAB menu to avoid major mistakes. you do this by finding your targeted player, and clicking on them.
/teleport (<PLAYERNAME>)
You will use this command to either teleport yourself or a player to your cursors location, it is useful when your handling staff requests and need to take players to a safe place. But make sure that the player isnt busy with other things before teleporting them.
I would suggest creating a keybinding in your console for teleporting yourself.
Example: bind "<SELECTED KEY>" "say /teleport"
/back <PLAYERNAME>
Use this option to return a player to his previous location deez nuts once youve finished your admin sit, keep in mind that this wont work if you have to teleport a player twice, so make sure you get it right the first time.
/freeze <PLAYERNAME>
Use this to freeze a player, preventing them from moving or performing any actions, this is usefull if a player is attacking other parts of the admin sit, or if they are trying to run away.
Be careful when using this however, it may upset players if they dont think its justified.
/kick <PLAYERNAME>
Kicks the player. This isnt very useful at all as there will pretty much always be better tools at your disposal.
Unban from Job
Unbans a player from a certain job, this can be used if it can be proven that your victim was demoted without a valid reason.
There is no console command for this tool.
The F1 Menu
If you press F1 you will find that the previous report menu is gone, and instead a larger window will appear, showing all pending staff requests. You may handle one of these by clicking on them and pressing "Handle this". Once you are finished simply click on the request again and click "Finish handling this".
Through the center you may also acces the logs, you do this by clicking the search option and typing in the name of the player whos logs you need to see.
Please do keep in mind that these powers are only given to you so that you can perform your duties and abusing them for roleplay advantages will get you harshly punished.

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another administrator banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would you respond to the appeal?
I would contact the banning administrator, having him or her explain the exact situation, i would then reply to the request as following, considering that what the banning administrator tells me lines up with what is explained in the appeal:
Hi there player x!
I have discussed your appeal with your banning administrator and we have come to the following conclusion:
<Explanation of our decision>
Considering this is your first ban i will be lowering it to 2 days, take this time to consider what you did wrong, and reread the rules a few more times.

Why should i be chosen?
With my 1000 Hours of server time, i am one of the most field tested staff members you will find.
I am good at arguing and well formulated, i can keep a cold head in heating situations and remain objective.
I have also been staff on the teamspeak server for 3 months, which means i have a decent sense of what is wrong and and what is right to be saying.
I am currently in a position to be rather active, allowing me to pull a lot of weight for the rest of the staff team.
I not just know the rules, written or unwritten, i can also explain why they are this way.
