What is Ghosting?: Ghosting is when someone or multiple people (in for example Deathrun) are dead in a round of Deathrun and are telling the other players that are alive (people that are alive and telling info about the round is not ghosting because then you cant know whats coming up ahead and that stuff) which buttons the death pressed so they can pass safely and win. Another example of ghosting is "team ghosting" which is when two players that know each other are on (for example) skype and one is death and the other one runner, basicly what they do is they tell each other what buttons he pressed (on a choose trap) or just pretend they just missed to press the button when his/her friend went by and then kills all the other players so its just them to alive. That way they farm experience by the death killing everyone and letting the runner getting all the ending exp on every death alive.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If someone is disrespecting a player or a staff member I would (if it was a player or me getting disrespected) depending on how much disrespect it was, like if it starts out as a joke and gets worse and worse i would ask them to stop and maybe give a warning if it got to far to the point of micspam (alot) then i would gag/mute them I would also do the same if they continued disrespecting. If it was just someone trying to disrespect someone i would give them a warning (maybe gag/mute them) and tell them to stop disrespecting or they will be gagged/muted. If it was a staff member it would depend because if the staff member is on he/she would probably deal with it themself, but if the staff member is afk or not online and someone is disrespecting him/her I would (again depending on if it was a joke or how much disrespect it was, like if it was like I dont like him/her because then I think i would think of it as not so bad so they need a warn or if it was like fucking christ i hate him/her or worse then it would be a warn if they dont stop when i tell them to) maybe warn them and tell them to stop disrespecting

Why I think I should be chosen as moderator for Deathrun: I think I should be chosen as Deathrun moderator because i love Garrys mod (and Zarp) and i play at least 1 hour per day (on the weekends more if im not with buddies). I also think I should be admin because I really dislike when people are abusing exploits, being rude or in other ways making the game boring and not fun for others so each time I see someone abuse or exploit glitches I get really annoyed and I know everyone else on the server gets too (not just me), but i often cant do anything about it if theres not a moderator online, but if I get moderator I could. I also like helping other people with things that they dont know how to do or just stuff they would like to fix on the server.

About me: I am a really cool guy that loves playing videogames like Garrys mod, CS:GO and Warframe. I live in Sweden in Stockholm Täby, I speak English and Swedish. I liken to have fun (like most people want to XD) and be funny (I am not that good at it 3:). I like to help people with their problems and be helpfull in most ways. I dont break rules on purpose often except minor times when I have been new to the server and didnt know all the rules. listens to other people/staff when I get told or should listen (even if I can be kinda slow thinking sometimes when im tired).

Do i know all the rules of the server?: I know all the rules and most of the maps exploits that is used the most, for example the Family Guy map with the iron door, garbage bin and crouching under the pistons in Steamworks.

As BiWx has already stated, you're going to need to follow the full template.

You're very, very immature in game; and you use the mic way too much. Borderline Microphone Spamming - me and other staff members have had to tell you several times to use the mic less, while you do listen to this, you carry on a couple maps later.

Just act more professional in game, not too the point where you're not talking and only using text, but rather use your mic a bit less, and you don't have to comment on every you or another person is doing.

I've warned you for being disrespectful, and you also have a couple of recent warnings apart from mine.

This is not an example of ghosting, this could be somebody letting people pass the trap so others think its safe to go, then he uses the trap to kill multiple people.

You don't mention that the people who ghost are dead players, alive players who are running the map and give out information are not ghosting they are just helping there team.

If somebody is disrespecting a player then you will want to gag/warn them before muting them, this is because it stops them breaking the rules. Then you will warn them for whatever they did.

I agree with stratiic when he says you need to me more professional in game, sometimes you can be immature and use your microphone a lot of the time.

For me it says your gametime is 660 minutes which I think is not enough for staff position, I think you need to spend more time knowing the staff team

My gametracker Is broken i changed name a while ago i removed a # from my name since then it doesnt register data either on server 1 or 2

Ok plankton i know that now about the disrespecting and about the ghosting i did write a explanation of what ghosting is but team ghosting is another way of doing it. about the other things i will change myself and i have changed.
