Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well I've been moderator twice for numerous weeks each time. This has given me time to remember that moderators can do a lot but not everything. They are not given enough trust to solely responsible for the server's well being
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Lack of spectate was the hardest part, spectate was a powerful tool that allowed me to find non-compliant staff and users without alerting them to my intentions.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

You'll need to know that basic commands to get yourself around

TP is used to move a player to where you're looking.

If only one player name is provided, it will teleport you instead.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Since this is your first offence I will let you off with a lowered ban. Your ban will be lowered to 1 week and if I catch you doing anything else to purposely ruin the fun of others again. I will not hesitate to re-instate the initial ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Since my resignation I've needed some time to just calm down and work myself out. I've had that time, and I'm ready to come back.
I've also realized why I was staff, my timezone is somewhat unique. Most staff are AFK or offline at this time and this leads to mass RDMers going on all night. A shitty situation for all.
I would also like this position to help me weed out the staff not doing F1s... They know who they are. It's a lot harder to find them as a user, but with the ability to spectate them, it is easy to determine if they're free to handle F1s or they're ignoring them.
Overall I've been a dedicated member of this community for almost 2 years. I'd like to continue to give back and help everyone on zarp.

Now I do realize I have active recent warning. That I will admit, I fucked up. I didn't realize that you could use /me to force someone to move their property.
I thought that "/me move your shop or KOS" was a bit far fetched, but I was incorrect. So I will take that warning.

Definitely deserves admin, ex-Super Admin if my memory serves me correctly. Very nice guy in-game and shows a very good knowledge of the rules.
