Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Random Death Match is basically when player x kills player y without a proper (and valid) rp reason. Since it's "roleplay" which some rules apply to then going around killing people randomly is not allowed.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

NLR is basically when player x dies and then returns to the location where he died without waiting the set timer for the NLR rule.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Metagaming is when you use knowledge (keypad codes) for raiding, saying private information in ooc or advert for other people to use to cause harm or when you were on duty and scouted bases to find weak points then later on decide to raid it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would teleport player X to a admin area (generally a roof) then bring player Y to us and ask him nicely what was the reason (rp reason) from which he killed player X. If reason is valid then players will be returned, if not, proper punishment will be applied.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would ask the player that broke NLR why he's been killed multiple times, then I would check if the player that reported player y has killed him consecutively, the outcome depends on the logs I have been provided and the player's testimonies.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would advise player x not to use that kind of information in ooc, instead try to alert the PD. I also would spectate the incident as it occurs and then discuss with the players involved after the incident is over.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

Well, I have past admining experience, I started out about 7 years ago and continued doing it until now, when I have reached you. I've been Head Of Staff on another server which is as popular as zarp but decided to quit due to some inside incidents. I started out as a Trial Staff and worked all the ranks up until I reached the highest possible rank that a normal player could get, something like Head Admin on zarp , (i climed mod->vip mod->admin->admin+->superadmin->head of staff) and this was due to my dedication to the server, the community and the players.

Now, I know that I will probably get a lot of -support for not having that many hours played but remember I did change steam profiles, I will probably also get the response that my application was "rushed" , well, all I have to say about that is that I tried my best to use knowledge to answer all the questions as simple as I could and as best as I could.

About me, well, I enjoy good music, I've got a working microphone, I like anime, rock, and I play guitar, I'm usually a friendly guy.

I probably have low changes of this getting accepted but, hey, at least I can say that i've tried.
